Introductory OPPT/ TOP Video Out Of South Africa 5 April 2013

Here's another video out of South Africa. SA is known to have grabbed the OPPT (now TOP) material with the greatest of interest. This is another introductory video for all of us newbees to the material and therefore, is very useful for us here in NZ also. If you feel that the SA organisers are fumbling a bit in this video, that's because we're all learning together. The OPPT trustees are still around, but they can't be everywhere for everyone : ) We ALL really need to be doing our own research.

OPPT bank and corporate "government" foreclosures - discussion m

On 25 December 2012 the One People's Public Trust (OPPT) filed uncanny documents to foreclose the world banks, the UN, corporate "governments" and other alleged illegal corporate entities.

29 March 2013 meeting in Cape Town to discuss the implications.

To the average person this may all sound extremely far fetched. Keep an open mind and investigate for yourself. From my investigations I have not been able to fault it.

OPPT and the Anthea Torr Case

I am investigating the One Peoples Public Trust's claim of corporate government foreclosure. I have the opportunity to follow the case of Anthea Torr who has submitted a letter of inquiry to the President of South Africa, Jacob Zuma and the Department of Justice validating this claim. 

This is the official statement from the court proceedings held on the 10th of May 2013 :

"Before court Anthea delivered the letter and proof of delivery to the President and to the Department of Justice to the Magistrate. The letter asks if corporate governments have been foreclosed by the UCC filings and states that the President must respond to the letter within 20 court days (that is by 6 June 2013).

Whether they respond by saying that they disagree/oppose or whether they fail to respond, we will apply to the High Court for a declaratory order confirming the correctness of the allegations.

The Magistrate postponed the case to 25 June 2013 for Anthea to produce proof that she has actually brought the proposed application in the High Court. This will be the notice of motion issued by the court and delivered to the President's office."
